Legendary Nutrition

We begin with a 60-90 minute initial session where discuss your current eating habits, where you struggle, and how you feel you need to improve.
In our initial session, we will come up with short, medium, and long term goals. We will work at your pace to build a plan that works for you. We may start slowly because it is more important that we begin well rather than move quickly.
We will plan out custom meals for you to meet your specific goals. The meal composition and timing with be determined around your schedule. We know there is no one size fits all approach for everyone and we want to work with your regularly to build our a program to achieve your goals.
The monthly membership allows us to continue to work together and make changes as needed. You will check in with your coach on a bi-weekly basis, including a In-Body scan. We will update your meal plan as your body changes. Tracking In-Body composition is an important aspect of us working together. Decreasing body fat is much more important than just focusing on weight loss. We also include a meal prep guide to help you on your journey. You will also have access to us for a call or text whenever you need advice!
