Our goal is to help you reset your body to optimal functional levels by teaching you the fundamentals of nutrition, creating a real expectations for progress, and introducing you to the LifeBase Nutrition App which guides you on your journey. Coaching always revolves around you and your priorities. As we set that agenda we discuss your current eating habits, where you struggle, and how you feel you need to improve.
In our initial session, we will come up with short, medium, and long term goals. We will work at your pace to build a plan that works for you. We may start slowly because it is more important that we begin well rather than move quickly.
We will plan out custom meals for you to meet your specific goals. The meal composition and timing will be determined around your schedule. We know there is no one size fits all approach for everyone and we want to work with you regularly to build the a program to achieve your goals.
The monthly membership allows us to continue to work together and make changes as needed. You will check in with your coach on a bi-weekly basis, including the InBody scans. We will update your meal plan as your body changes. Tracking InBody composition is an important aspect of us working together. Decreasing body fat is much more important than just focusing on weight loss. We also include a meal prep guide to help you on your journey. You will also have access to us for a call or text whenever you need advice!
